Let the Remodeling Begin

So we have started the remodel of our new home. First order of business was to take down the 70s paneling in our living room.

But this is hard to do with two small children. At least Home Depot is "kid-friendly!"



Snow Day- Louisiana Style

The beginning of the year saw a Louisiana version of "snow" which undoubtedly made Alex laugh~ especially when businesses and stores closed. Evan really enjoyed the snow with his dad on their day off.  But when it snows and we are stuck indoors, it took all we had not to go crazy. We played "boat" and made cupcakes for our new neighborhood friends.

Right after the New Year, Myles finally got some relief from his ear infections and got his hearing back! Yea. We were nervous but everything went fine and we are all better. Eating like a champ again~8 months old and eating adult food at every meal. So different from Evan!
